Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Custom items are non-refundable.

Process:

2. Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

3. Once inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to the original payment method.
